I do not seem to be receiving notifications to my email when a form is submitted. I have also attempted to send several test emails however although JotFrom states that one has been sent to my email, I never receive the test email in my inbox. It is not in my junk mail either. I have triple checked my address as well as deleted and resubmitted with no success.
Can someone assist me?

I have checked the email history of the email address you're using in your form and I can see all emails are being sent successfully, I have also submitted your form and I can see the email notification was successfully sent:

If the problem still persists, please try setting up your custom sender email address using the SMTP method, this way you will have more control over the emails and how they are sent: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
