Is there anyway to increase photo upload size? Currenly only able to upload file sizes below 1024Kb

I would like to know if there is anyway that users could upload photos within the form greater than 1024Kb.

Most peoples phones and tablet take pictures at 4-5mbs per photo. Would upgrading to any of the higher account levels resolve this? Currently using the free account.
