We stopped getting the emails on form submissions. It stopped at about 2:00pm EST today, 10/27/2016. We checked the recipients emails and they are working but, no jotform submissions are coming through.
I have checked the email history log of your account and see that the emails are being sent from our end without any issue.
Could you please check if the emails are being landed in Spam/junk folder in any case? Also, please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.

If you're still experiencing issues with not receiving submissions to your email, kindly check your Junk/Spam folder and if some of your submissions ended there, please open them and click 'Not Spam', it should look like this(for example in Gmail):
