I have been trying to reset my password but I'm not getting the email

    Hi - I forgot my Jotform password and have been trying to reset it. I selected forgot password and entered my e mail but I have never received the e mail. I have tried many times. Please help.

    You should be able to reset the password now. Your email address has been placed on our bounce list, causing the reset email to fail.
