I've been using Jot form for years with no problem. Last week in the middle of using the form for a sign up I stopped receiving notifications from the autoresponder. Weird that is should stop right in the middle of a run! Now, the only way I know if someone is using it is to go into the form and look at new registrations. HELP!!
I checked the mail logs and it seems like you are referring to the Jr Gathering notification on your form. I checked the email recipient Bob@******Ministry.com and it looks like the email address was added to the bounce list, which is why you were not receiving the notifications.
To resolve this, I have now removed your email address from the bounce list. You should receive the next notifications successfully. The notifications and autoresponders on your form should work without any issue.

Thanks Christian, but how did my email wind up on the bounce list? It wasn't just the Jr High notification form it was also the Jr High Event Registration. I'm about to open up our Christmas Tree sales and it would be a disaster if those responders don't come through.

Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as "old", "rejected" or similar, and it will store your recipient email address in our bounce list.
It fails either because the recipient refused to accept the emails because of spam or the host blocked it for the same reason. In this case, we suggest adding email@example.com to your safe sender list and whitelist jotform.com domain.
You have the same recipient email in the Jr Gathering Registration Form and that is already fixed by my colleague. The following guide should help you troubleshoot the email related problem:
