all my emails from my forms are going to spams

In your form "Sender Email" set the default options noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com.
Refer also to the user guide: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
This should allow your email to recognize the JotForm sender email.
Let us know if issue still persist.
