Forwarding address isn't showing

    Unfortunately I am not seeing the forwarding address field on my email notification – I screenshotted attached what I am seeing for the form from Emma yesterday. I do see it as a required field when I fill out the form on the website, the problem is some of that required information isn’t coming through on the email notification. Please advise. Forwarding address isnt showing Image 1 Screenshot 20
