How do I replace the email where JotForms are being sent to?Asked by ACGAaustralia on October 27, 2016 at 07:15 PM
I had amended our Jotform, to be sent through to email@example.com.
However they are now coming through to a departed employee's email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
I cannot see Joannna's email listed in our profile, so I do not know what is causing this.
Can you please help?

The email address email@example.com is set on the form's email notification settings. You can change it to your preferred email address by following the steps from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-find-and-change-the-email-address-used-for-notification-email
