How do I replace the email where JotForms are being sent to?

    Hi,

     

    I had amended our Jotform, to be sent through to mail@acga.com.au.

    However they are now coming through to a departed employee's email: joanna@acga.com.au.

     

    I cannot see Joannna's email listed in our profile, so I do not know what is causing this.

     

    Can you please help?

    Hello Genevre,

    The email address joanna@acga.com.au is set on the form's email notification settings. You can change it to your preferred email address by following the steps from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-find-and-change-the-email-address-used-for-notification-email
