After a form is sumitted, it is not being emailed to the address I have entered.
Also. I made an edit to an already published form but I don't see then new survey questions when I open the form on my device.

I have checked your email history and it seems to be working fine as per your last form submission:

Regarding your survey form's update, have you tried refreshing again your browser if it reflects after? If not, can you check your form again on the form builder if the information you've added are there?
