I cannot successfully add one particular user to my account. The user appears in my account list, but the invitation to set up an account is never sent. The added address does not appear in the bounce list.
I have added many others, but this one has a hyphenated name as part of the e-mail address (i.e. John.Jones-Doe@some_domain.org). Is is possible that this is causing the problem?Page URL:

I tested to add sub-user that has underscored name as part of the e-mail address, I was able to add this sub-user.You can see this at below screenshot.
Check your sub-user's e-mail address, the invitation mail maybe at the "Spam".
If you have still problem, provide us the e-mail address which you want to add for sub-user, we will check this e-mail address for you.

Thank you, but the issue I am having is with an e-mail address that contains a hyphen (dash), not an underscore. I will send the exact address in a private message...

I see that you've already opened a new thread (Private) where you posted the email address that you would like to add to your account as a sub-user.
One of my colleagues is already assigned to that thread. Please refer to that thread to avoid confusion.
