    Not all mail submissions comes through

    every submission should be sent to, myself and the service department, and a Autoresponder to costumer.

    but some only comes to me, and some goes fine?

    would you please look into this :-)

    Sorry for this inconvenience.

    I checked the notification e-mail addresses but they were not on our bounce list. I also sent a test submission and notification regarding my test submission was received successfully. I also  checked failed notification, they were also sent by the same e-mail server. I didn't found anything which causes this issue.

    The only thing I can suggest you is to set  your sender e-mail with SMTP. I am not sure but it might prevent this. Please try this way and let us know if the issue still persist.
