How can I place a free text area near a input field?

Asked by HHR on May 07, 2012 at 05:29 AM

I have some input field (sliders) on my form.

I would like to place a small text area - non editable - near to each of them, a sort of explanation on what is the slider for.

    Something like this will do:

Input field                         This control is for
                                            bla bla bla bla
    0----5----10                       bls-bla and bla

    Thank you!

I have cloned your form and did the necessary changes, see http://form.jotform.me/form/21272887477466 for the result.

If that is what you wanted to achieve, you can just clone that form, click this link to know how.
