Hi, I'm using only one widget on my form and that widget is malfunctioning now.
If I open the form in private internet network, widget is working fine. However, if I open the form in university internet network, I can't load widget properly and only "widgets.jotfomr.io DNS server not found" message shows up.
So, I googled this problem and found out
widgets.jotform.io has address 220.127.116.11
widgets.jotform.io has address 18.104.22.168
and contacted internet service team of university and requested to unblock those ip address connection.
However, they said that there have been no request for those ip addresses connection and they are not sure whether those ip address is correct thing or not.
If you guys have experience similar with this problem, it will be appreciated even a little tips to solve this problem.
1. I've already tested after erase my web browser cache.
2. It is server problem, not browser problem. Because widget loading is fine if I try in different network(not university network)
3. This is not a mailing problem. I'm receiving response mails really fine.

I checked your form and I saw that you are using "Infinite List" widget. I also cloned the form to my side. Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce the issue and I didn't get any error about the widget that you used in your form.
On the other hand, there may be different reasons of this issue related with the university network and server security that you don't open your form in. Your form is also working properly out of your university network as you already mentioned above. Therefore, I suggest you to recontact to internet provider service of your university.
In addition, could you please remove Infinite List Widget from the page and then add it to page again? This may be a solution for your problem, but unfortunately I cannot give you another advice for this issue. :(
