I want to make a form that gives the option for someone to pay either by credit card or cash.

When people  sign up for an event, sometimes they want to pay cash in person, however we still need them to rsvp and fill out our event form.  How can I add an option to either pay by credit card or cash?  When I use the payment section, it makes you enter credit card info.

I'm new to the payment part - so not sure how to set this up.
