    Why I'm not receiving submissions to my email?

    Hello,

    (sorry for my english)

    I'm trying to install email after submission in one of my forms but it doesn't work (I don't receive any mail and even when I try to "test" the email, nothing happens).

    Could you help me?

    I need to be sure this function works before upgrading to a "Bronze" plan.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. I checked your form and email associated with it and found out that it ended in our Bounce list, the reason is below:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.1 Error: content rejected

    I removed it from our Bounce list so you should be able to receive submissions now.

    I would advise you to check this guide on how to prevent such issues.

    @jotform support - can you take our fo

    rms off the bounce list too? This just started happening yesterd
    ay afternoon / evening.  Prior to that, all emails were being sent.
