Our forms are coming in, because I see them in my jotform account. But for some reason they are not being delivered to my email inbox anymore. This is as of last night/this morning I assume because I was getting forms yesterday.
Please let me know if you are experiencing a system issue or if we need to change something on our end.

Hi Jen, to my understanding you seem to be having issues with receiving email notifications of new submissions to your email address.
I tried to check which form this was via your provided page url but I am unable to access it so for the time being I've checked your account email address and also your email history to try to assist with figuring out the problem.
I checked a couple of your email addresses that I saw listed for the email notifications for the forms on your account but, I didn't see any of them listed in our bouncelist.
Additionally, according to your email history our mail server log shows we are sending emails to you and several different addresses.
Have you tried checking your spam folder to see if they accidentally ended up there?
Which form is this problem happening on? Or is it on all of them?

We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
