    Hi,

We have a form that was embedded on our website (http://www.mypbed.co.uk/ncs-summer-2017/) everything seems to be fine from our end but at some point today it stopped displaying the jotform.

We have copied and re-pasted the jotform embed code but we still have nothing.

    Thanks

    Dave

Hi, any news on this? We have dozens of people waiting to fill this form in and can't get access!

    Thanks
    Dave

I checked your webpage and the form is currently showing on my end.

If it is still not showing for some devices, try replacing your current embed code with your forms iFrame code:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

The regular script embed code occasionally will cause issues on mobile platforms, using the iFrame code will resolve those issues.

Thanks - I think the form stopped working because our account was randomly frozen. It was unfrozen and the form reappeared.

    Thanks

I see one of your form is whitelisted.  It is very likely your account was suspended by our phishing detector and once reviewed, was activated and the form causing the trouble whitelisted.  That form should no longer cause any trouble for your account.
