The last 2 days I have been trying to get a form completed and the save icon keeps rotating and it says "working" on the bottom of my screen. This is getting very frustrating for me!! Some assistance would be MUCH appreciated!!

I just sent a submission test in your form https://www.jotform.com/63005030221130 with no problem. Is the issue happening while the form is embedded in a webpage of yours? If so please share the link to your page with us.

Also, with some of the fields having a "required" response, I am able to send tests to myself without even hitting that field and it lets it through. I saw it on the one you sent as well. No address and NO "product" chosen. The required field validations in your form do look to be working properly:
I am unable to submit the form without the required fields filled.
As far as the address and products not being selected, it is not currently possible to fill those fields because they are not shown in the form. There are conditions set up in the form associated with deleted fields preventing them from being shown:
These also may be what is causing performance issues with your form. Delete those conditions and the fields should show in your form once again.
