We have an e-mail list that has name and company information. The email invitation to participate in the survey will link to jotform. Is it possible to create a form that auto-populates name and company info when they click on the link?

I can't really think of a way to do this other than to create individual forms, and we're talking about several 100 surveys.

    Help!

It is possible to pre-fill forms via URL parameters.  Here is our guide on how to do so:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

We also have an application that will create the URL for you:

    http://prepopulate.jotform.io/

This would require a single form, but would require a specific URL for each client.  There would be no way to automate this in JotForm.
