I have added the Square payment function to one of my forms. I have had two customers tell me they have not received receipts from their transaction. Do you know if these payments send receipts when using the Square module?

Forms do not send receipts by default. If you would like to send an email receipt to the user filling out the form, it requires setting up an autoresponder email. Here is our guide on how to do so:

They are getting a receipt from the form. What they are not getting is a receipt from Square showing the charge to their credit card. If I run a credit card on my Square device, the customer gets a receipt. When they are charged through the Square widget in my form, they are not getting a receipt. How can I fix this?

Square does not send an email in addition to the form email. Include your payment field in the form email ( which is included by default ) and the email will include the transaction details.
