My jot form donate now will not allow the donor to add any personal fillable information ie name, cc , address etc.

    My fillable donate now form no longer allows the donor to complete the form.

    I was not able to replicate the issue. I was able to fill up your form. However, I cannot see what I am typing because of the text color used is almost transparent. Please check it again. Here's a screen capture:
