I can not get into our account AGAIN. See previous problem below. I have been using the officemanager log on and now NOTHING.! The screen is just frozen -- 2nd day in a row and I have work to do.
I" checked your email address email@example.com but it looks like there is no account in our records with that email address. However, I did find an account connected to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. The account's username is TransactionCoordinator. Please try logging in to your account using that username to see if that is the correct one.
If that is not the account that you are using, please provide us with a link to one of your forms so we can check and see which account owns the form. I will wait for your response.
