I'm finding problems in API Key with my account Get Response 360.

The GetResponse technical team have written to me this: For this, it would be best to contact the technical support team of JotForm to ask them to change the URL that works for your

    https://api3.getresponse360.com/v3

in case of using 3.0 API or, for API 1.5

    http://api.getresponse360.com/iperdigital

I hope you are able to help me make these settings and requests.

    Regards

    Edoardo

The problem is related to your GetResponse API key, please make sure is valid, or generate a new one: https://support.getresponse.com/faq/where-i-find-api-key

    Hi,

I've generated a new API Key but it still doesn't work.

I think that this problem is because from a Get Response account, i passed in a new enterprise account with a dedicated ip and server, called GetResponse 360.

Maybe the Jotform integrations are built for basic account and not for enterprise. Is it possible?

I believe you are correct, Edoardo, our GetResponse integration was built for standard GetResponse. This is the guide that explains how to integrate a JotForm form with a standard GetResponse account:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/397-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-GetResponse

If you wanted to integrate your form with a different platform, then our developers need to work on this as a new feature, since it is a different platform and uses a different API endpoint from the integration that was already built. As with any feature requests, we cannot provide any estimates on when it might be implemented, or even if the feature would be worked on any time soon.

Please let us know if that is how you'd like to proceed.

Alternatively, you may want to look into one of the third-party services that try to "bridge" a connection between other services. For example, Zapier provides an integration between JotForm and GetResponse:

    https://zapier.com/zapbook/jotform/getresponse/

You may want to look into such solutions, and see whether they already support connecting JotForm with the GetResponse360 that you are using.

    thanks for your quick response.

Today I've fixed with a free trial account Zapier, but after 14days  it costs 120$/month. The best thing should be an integration between Jotform an GetResponse 360.

I noted that the only thing you should change vs the basic GetResponse is the API url http://api.getresponse360.com/iperdigital

So please, if you could proceed in this direction.

    Waiting for a quick response.

    Regards

    Edoardo

Edoardo, what I have done as of now is passed this along to our developers as a feature request in consideration of supporting getresponse 360 account types and if there are any changes for this then you'll be notified about it here at that point in time.
