Im not having any success with the form

I am using Jotform for my vacation wellness yoga business and have had no success withthe form. I am also not sure how to edit it. No one uses it and on some browsers it slows down the loading process. Before I cancel and use something else, do you have any suggestions?

I have checked your forms at teacher-training and Massage and Spa pages, but I have not found any technical issues with forms.

You might try disabling video/animation background to see if that makes any difference in user experience.

To be able to edit your forms you will need to login to your hotyoga JotForm account. Then, you will see the forms on the My Forms page.
