How can I customize the url of my form to be shorter?

why is it when I create my custom url it provides me the following url:

https://www.jotform.com/MYUSERNAME/MY-CUSTOM-PAYMENT-URL

How do I make it to only be the follow?

https://www.jotform.com/MY-CUTOM-PAYMENT-URL

I see that you are interested in shortening your custom url to just the form name.

Currently this is not possible and contains your username because that is how our system functions to associate your custom titled form with your account.

However, if you still want a shorter form link you can always do it with a custom domain.
