Hi. I have a question about storage space. I'm being told that I am almost out of storage and need to upgrade my plan. My question is... once a form has been submitted and the information has been sent from Jotform to the recipient, do I need to keep the submission in Jotform or can it be deleted? I understand that I will no longer have a record of it in the Jotform database but, as I said, the form will already have been sent to the recipient.

For the Free plan, you only have 100MB storage space. You need to delete the submissions with attachments in order to clear your upload space.
It actually depends if you want to store the submissions in your account. However, please take note that deleting the submission is irreversible. It means that once you delete it, you cannot recover it anymore.
