If there anyway to send an auto-responder based off of the selection a person makes in the form? For example, I want to attend the training on Tuesday, I will receieve an auto-responder with the log-in/call-in information for Tuesday. NOT the information for Thursday, because I didn't select that session.

Yes, that is possible using Conditional Logic on Forms were you can create a condition of your form that if the user select (ex. Tuesday) it will automatically send a notification on that user.

Thanks for the quick response. I went to go use conditional logic, but it seems that you can only specify an email and not use the person who is filling out the forms email. Is there something I am missing?

Here is the form link. http://jotformpro.com/form/21235041989960
I would like the choice the person picks for "Select A Session" to promopt a specific auto-responder email based off the selection with this sessions information.

Can you make a test on your form now if the condition the Autoresponder is working properly. Kindly check also Autoresponder if the information I put is correct.

I am not seeing what you did. I am trying to get the specific auto-responder to respond to the person, not to me.

I think the Autoresponder is working. After the user successfully submitted his/her submission you will be notified. If the user select one among the choices of "Select A Session" he/she will be received and email/notified.
As you can see on your condition, I set the condition that "If Select A Session field Equals to Monday, June 4 & Wednesday, June 6 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. EST Then Send Public Affairs Confirmation to the user. In other way, the user will not be received and email/notified if he/she choice the second option wich is Monday, June 18 & Wednesday, June 20 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.EST because of the condition.
Hope this clarifies you regarding to the Autoresponder and the condition.
