    Hi again,

So I was able to customize a pdf for one of the 2 submissions... (but I did already submit a contact form question because I was unable to print it -- I had to print the entire screen from the FILE/PRINT menu of CHROME, not in jotform)...

BUT, now I am trying to modify the pdf to print for the 2nd submission (Meghan's) and it's pulling up the info from the first one (Wendy) when I click on CUSTOMIZE PDF. It opens to a new screen on a new tab, and it's from the one I already modified. Also, how can I change it from viewing in landscape format?

And when I export to excel/csv, it's useless because it's in horizontal format... is there somewhere we can modify how the excel file lays out?

UPDATE: We are excited to announce that we have just released the new version of JotForm PDF Editor.

The Customize PDF option is designed to customize the main PDF template. It changes the PDF layout for every downloaded PDF, so it does not work on a per submission basis.

Unfortunately, we do not have the landscape option for PDF and Excel files.

In case you wish to print submission in design similar to the online form, you may try the following woraround.

How to Print the Form with the Users Data

    Thank you.

Along with the much better customization options, you are now able to change the size and orientation(Eg. Landscape) of the page!
