I see that the account is suspended since your JotForms are collecting credit card numbers using plain text fields. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.
If you need to collect payments using JotForm, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder.
These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards which is mandatory to process online payments.
In order to activate your account, it is required for you to accept our terms of usage and agree to delete the guilty fields on your forms. Please confirm so that we can delete the problem fields on your forms and activate your account.
Hello! The reason we had that in our form was because we did not want to collect the payments using the actual form, we wanted to process them through our retail system and then confirm with the customer in person. Is there a secure way to gather that information for outside use? anyway, I would be more than happy to get rid of that field, if you would whitelist my IP again please!!!
If you need written agreement: yes I have read and accept terms and conditions, and agree to remove the offending fields from my account. Please let me back in to my account again!
Unfortunately, there is no workaround method to collect credit card numbers with JotForm. The credit card fields on the forms are now deleted and the account has been activated. You should be now able to login to your account and view the forms normally.
