I have had multiple users report that when they press submit on the embedded form that they get a blank page and then have to re-enter their information, sometimes multiple times. Also, that the "print page" button does not usually work.
I would like to provide as smooth a user experience as possible, and am paying for the service in order to be able to use it for my event with 300+ people. I have 50-100 registrants left and I am wondering if there is a way i can ensure a better user experience for the rest of my participants.
Is there any way for you to track how much this has happenned? I have had quite a few reports of these types of errors. I will include the link below, but the link to the embedded form requires a username and password, so I am only linking to the un-embedded form.

Can you please re-embed your form code using iFrame? If the said issue still persist, please let us know so we can further assist you.
