Hi again. Sorry to ask another question. Im attempting to send my Jotform submissions to a Facebook page using a Zapier Zap. Im using a normal iframe webpage version of the form to send the data. The Zap will activate a new post in a Facebook page when a new submission is made on the form. Everything works except pulling the upload file url. I attach three screenshots below.
Any thoughts would be very useful, as I'm sure others will be trying similar things and I cannot find any help on the web or your forums.
1. Showing a successful form submission to your server, clearly showing the url of the image (so it hopefully is possible to get this)
2. The fields Im pulling into the Zapier Zap
3. The error that Zapier throws when trying to execute the Zap

I am able to replicate the issue at my end with a file upload field being sent to a Facebook page using Zapier. Let me forward the issue to our backend to our backend team to take a look.
Once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted here. Thank you!

Just to document updated information on this ticket. I have been in touch with Zapier - who also have great support - and they have clarified and solved the issue:
There are several ways you can set up Zaps to post to Facebook. FB Pages have two action options for JotForm: Create a Pages Post and create a Pages Photo. I assumed I would need a Page Post as i wanted text and a photo would pull in if I placed the Jotform photo field in the right place in the Zap template. In fact, their support told me I needed to create a Pages Page Photo action. Indeed, after they set this up to show me, it worked straight away. It still pulls in the other fields, I just place those in the 'Description' filed in the Zap template.
See here for more: https://zapier.com/help/facebook-pages/#why-are-my-facebook-pages-posts-not-showing-up-properly
I have to say Im really pleased with the support you guys give, and the folks over at Zapier, and together you have allowed me to compile what will end up a very neat thing - in this case placing mobile app learner activity in a smart city both on map locations and on social channels. Dynamically. Brilliant.
