I am completing a recap but the form is not allowing me to type numbers in the fields

I work for a marketing company and need to fill out this form but there is a glitch preventing me from typing in the values. Please see brand #2 starting/ending inventory as well as brand 3. It will not allow me to proceed with typing in a sales number. Other browsers do not make the form work either.

If you are using a full keyboard, make sure that the number keys are not turn off. 

Are you filling up the form using the given link or is it embedded on a website? If it's embedded, a conflict may have caused the problem. Ask the form owner to check the form and suggest them to re-embed it using the iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
