If I understand you correctly, you're not getting email notifications. Can you please check your spam mail folder or junk mail folder?
I cloned your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. I also check your mail logs everything was sent successfully. If you can't find the email notifications in the spam mail folder or junk mail. Please change your Sender Email from email@example.com to your own email address.
