I am not receiving submission emails

    I checked the bounce list and I double checked the spelling of my email. I haven't received a submission since Sept.

    I have checked the email history for the email address you're using in your from and I can see all the emails are being sent fine, here is a screenshot of it:

    I have also checked the email address in the bounce list and the same as you, I cannot find it there.

    I would suggest you to please check this guide: Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications

    And if the issue still persists, please set up SMTP on your account so you have more control over the sender email address: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    Hello'

    Could you please check if your submissions ended in Junk/Spam folder by any chance?

    If they did please mark them as 'Not Spam' to avoid any future problems. For example in Gmail it looks like this:
