when the forms are submitted the confirmation on their end goes through but it does not go through on my end.

Can you confirm that you're referring to the email alerts on submissions? If so, please check your junk mail folder for possibilities of emails to have landed there.
You can also check your emails history in order to see if the emails were properly delivered or if it failed from sending to its recipients by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
However, if this is not the issue you're referring to, it would be great if you can share more details on the matter.

We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
