I have a form that I need email to be sent to a specific email address according to what customer have selected in the form, I have set up email notifications as Menu 1, Menu 2 and Other combinations, I made three test submissions and all them are sent to the Menu 1 email which is the account email.
Can you help me or suggest me how to set conditionals.

I checked your form and you're on track on how to use the conditions to send an email alert to a specific email address.
Although there is no need to use different menu for email alerts as its contents automatically change and dependent on the form submitted. Unless there is a static (non-changing) content on the email notification that you have created for Menu 1 and Menu 2.
So this is how I would run the condition:

The problem is that all submissions are going to email notification set as Other Combinations which is the email that is linked with the account. I need those specific combinations goes only to specific email addresses, but not to the Other Combinations email, in that way when my client fill out the form and choose other options combination only then will go to Other Combinations email.

Please note that non-conditional email notifications are emailed with each form submission. It means that you will also need to add some conditions for your 'Other Combinations' email notification.
