Form not appearing on mobile

Hi,

I made a form for weebly site.

i inserted the scipt and appears fin on desktop/laptop browsers, but does not appear at all on mobile phones set to mobile verion.

Any idea ?

I just checked your page using an android device (Samsung) and I saw the form just below the private tours price list table. Were you able to resolve your issue already?
