I have a form for my business where I have a submit button integrated with Paypal, and a second submit button, along with a Print Form button, for clients who want to submit their applications online and pay manually. How can I stop the second submit button from taking the client to paypal?

    Hello ThellC,

All submit buttons will go directly for submission and it is not possible for a submit button to redirect to somewhere else.

But you can set your form to enable to redirect to Paypal for payment or go directly to the thank you page provided that there is no product selected. So my solution for your form is to set conditions in it and disable the Paypal field. as following the principles from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/120-How-to-Set-up-Paypal-Along-with-Other-Payment-Options

Please take note that when a product is selected on a Paypal field, that's the only time that it redirects the user to Paypal after submission.

Here is a sample form I copied from you which has the option to choose mode of payment in the end and which shall either redirect to the thank you page or to the Paypal page depending to the choice of mode of payment: https://www.jotform.com/form/63032852334955

If you have questions, please let us know.

    Thanks.
