Form Accepts Submissions - Google Integration/Emails Seem Broken

I can see new submissions coming in via form 'Inbox' but the Google spreadsheet integration stopped working on 10-15 and emails triggered by form fills stopped working within last 24 hours.

Have you made changes on the spreadsheet which may have possibly caused an integration error with your form? Also, can you check if this is still happening up to now?

We just broke the integration and reestablished with a new sheet.  Not sure why the old integration broke.

Is your issue now resolved? Like my colleague mentioned changes inside spreadsheet can sometimes break the integration with google spreadsheet.
