Can I restrict access to a form based on an entered email address?Asked by JothomasYY on October 29, 2016 at 11:42 PM
I would like to validate the email address entered by a customer against a list of all customer email addresses to determine whether they are allowed to use the order form or not? Almost like a login but without a password.
It is possible to restrict a user based on a unique question field like email address. This will prevent multiple submission from the same user. Please refer to this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question
