Uploading a set of 100 questions with a text area for the answer

Is this possible to upload a set of questions and have a text area for the answer?

I did it with google module through a funcion called Fuzeform that import questions from a spreadsheet into the module. Can it be done with JotForm?

From what I understand, you wish to import a spreadsheet with a set of 100 questions, and have that as your form. I would recommend using our Spread2Jot app:

This app creates JotForm forms out of your spreadsheets.
