i have  lost all the previous work that have been done since morning. so 6 hours from my time is gone for nothing. you are responsible for this lost. and your service is not reliable.

We're sorry to hear about the loss over the changes you've made on your form. Can you check your form's revision history and find there the last changes you've made to see if you have it there? This way you can revert your form to that last change.
