Hi. I know that the service I am using resets every month. However, I can't figure out the start date of the month. Does the service begin on the first day of the month or does it depend on when we went live with the form? Is there somewhere in my account that I can check to see the monthly start date? I'm trying to figure out if we need to upgrade or not based on monthly usage.

The start date of the month begins on the first day. So the reset will begin on November 1, NY time. There is also no need to do something on your part. This reset will be automatic.
