    Congratulations are in order for Aytekin Tank and the rest of your JotForm organization. You deserve it.

    I started using on-line forms in 2006. At that time, GoDaddy.com made a form available with their premium do-ti-yourself website product. Three years later, in 2009 I found out about FormAssembly.com and rewrote all of my existing forms for use with that product. FormAssembly was Ok but, the company was very stubborn about limiting the maximum file upload size at only 10 meg per file and 20 meg per upload. As time passed and file sizes increased, this became more and more of a problem. I began looking for another solution.

    I found Jotform. No crippleware in the free version...No hidden fees. I loved it. But, I didn't want to rewrite all of my forms again and learn a new system. Then I learned that I had started out paying FormAssembly about $9.00 per month in 2009. By 2013 my monthly cost had nearly doubled for the same inadequate service.

    Needless to say, I painstakingly re-coded all of my forms (copying them from FormAssembly didn't work). And, I haven't looked back...That is, until today. Today, I began wondering whether FormAssembly ever decided to increase the maximum upload size. I never did find that out. But, I did notice the monthly payment for the version that I had used for all those years is not TEN TIMES what I originally paid. TEN TIMES!!!

    I'm glad I switched to JotForm. But, I do have a question: Do you anticipate a price increase in the Bronze subscription in the forseeable future?

    Hi Henry, On behalf of our founder and our entire team thank you for the generous comments as well as your continued support of our platform!

    We're very pleased to know how much it's helped you.

    Additionally, to answer your question about any possible future price increases I believe that is something our founder or marketing team would have to answer.

    In my own opinion I would think not or at least not for a long time so as to not charge too much to keep it affordable for our user-base.

    However, I cannot make any guarantees or promises since in my own experiences it depends on inflation and all incurred costs to maintain our user-base and servers to run it.

    Also very pleased to know that you found our form builder very useful for you.

    On regards to the questions at the end, we do not anticipate an increase for the Bronze subscription, but if that ever happen in the years to come, we give our long time users the opportunity to grandfather their subscription.

    Hello Henry,

    Thank you for your nice words. We have no price increase planned for any of our plans. However, as always, if we do decide to increase prices in the future we will surely grandfather all of our existing subscribers.
