Form Encryption: Unable to decrypt Excel or CSV file

I have the same problem.  I can view the submission in JotForm because it has my key, so why can't it unencrypted while downloading to excel or csv. Seems like this should not be hard to to since Jotform already shows it to me unencrypted in the Submissions window.

Sorry for the inconvenience. As of right now, Reports (Excel and CSV), PDF downloads and Emails that contain the form data are not supported.

All server side gathered and processed data can only be retrieved in encrypted form because your private key is never sent to our servers.

For now, you might want to check HTML Table Listing Report and Grid Listing Report.
