Why don't registered members receive a confirmation email?

    I set up the responder email to send out a notification after registering, but the email is not sending. I tried testing it and it works, but when I register  a new person it doesn't.

    I have cloned your form and ran a few test submissions. I have received the confirmation email(Autoresponder) without a problem on the cloned version. However, as you may notice I have also ran a test submission on your actual form and the confirmation email somehow ended up in my spam folder. 

    Please ask your users to check their spam folders whether they received their confirmation email or not. This may be an issue on our end and our developers will be working on this to correct if so.

    We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
