I can't login to my account and my forms aren't being sent to my email.

    I have a client who submitted a form to me twice, yet I have not received it.  I tried logging onto my account, but when I push "login," nothing happens.

    Hi Carly,

    Can you please provide us the username of your account? We can further investigate why you are unable to login and why you do not receive notifications then.

    Same issue here,

    not receiving submissions to my email.
