This is very cool, but it's not working for me.I Click Authenticate and then Click the Blue Google Allow button. Then it asks for Folder and Filename which I leave as default and then press next.It sits there for 10-15 seconds then comes back with this error.http://img802.imageshack.us/img802/514/screenshot2012050716471.png
This is a re-post of a comment on Google Docs Integration: Send Responses to Google Spreadsheets. Instantly.

One of our developers will look into this issue. Just to make sure if it is not already fixed, can you try again? We have done some fixes already, so it might be fixed.

Thanks for taking a look.
When I went back and click Integration it showed that my Form was connected with Google Docs. I click the link to view the spreadsheet but Google gave an error saying that it was an invalid spreadsheet.
I check my Google Docs to see if there was a Jotform folder in my Docs and there was although the folder was empty.
I then clicked intergration again and removed the connection and repeated the steps but chose another Folder name called "MyJotForm". However the same problem occured in that I got the error message.
However when I look at my Google Docs drive I now see a spreadsheet in the MyJotform folder and it seems to have all the submissions in it.
My gut feel is that it simply simply "timed out" somewhere as we have over 15,000 submissions in this spreadsheet.

Thanks for your instant feedback DarkUFO,
You are right with the timeout issue. The integration wizard didn't expect uploading your data could take that long so it threw an error. I set the timout limit for 20 seconds and obviously it can take much longer given your form has thousands of submissions. I will look into this issue as soon as I can and wil try to make the integration work better for you.
have a nice day.

My pleasure, glad to help :)
My forms/google is all working.
Hopefully this will help others who may have a large number of form submissions

I am having the same issues as the OP. When I created my spreadsheet a couple of weeks ago I intially set up the google docs integration and it was working fine until yesterday when I noticed a submission was missing from the spreadsheet. I thought turning off the integration and reintegrating it might fix the issue but now it won't won't reintegrate. I've tried several times and keep getting "An error occured during integration"

May we know the form URL that you've used to collect datas or the webpage where the form is placed?
We'll wait for your response.

The form is on our website here:
We've received 4 submissions to date. The first 3 integrated into the spreadsheet correctly but the 4th didn't.

Hi, can you please confirm if you are still having issue integrating the form to google docs up to this time?
It is possible that, since you had removed the integration, you will not be seeing results on the integrated worksheet.
However, I could not reproduce this issue currently. I cloned your form and integrated it to google docs. Tested up to 5 submissions and I can see them reflecting on the google spreadsheet.
Please try logging off Jotform and clear your browser cache, then log back to JotForm. Try re-integrating agan the form to google doc spreadsheet.
When you re-integrate, it should be able to capture all the 4 current submissions. You can test again the form, and check the google doc if submitted data was able to accumulate at least to '5' after your latest test..
Please update us if the issue persists.

I did not remove the integration until after I realized that the last submission yesterday wasn't captured. That's when I tried to remove the integration and re-integrate. I tried your suggestion above and it still will not integrate and gives me the error message. If I go out of the form and back in and try to integrate it shows it's already connected to google docs but the link it shows is not valid (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=). Is it possible that during the integration process it is timing out? The form is lengthy so even though there are not many submissions there are a lot of responses.
- JotForm SupportjonathanAnswered on September 25, 2012 at 01:53 PM
But I was able to integrate your same form, so, we can rule out the timing out reason.
May I also suggest the steps I do when I integrate...
On my part, I make sure that I am already loggeg-in to google account on the same browser where JotForm is also opened. When I integrate, and click on the "authenticate" button, it already recognizes the google account associated to integration. This removes some additional steps and streamlined the authentication process.
I could not reproduce yet the error, so I could not really submit this to our dev team as a bug or an error.
Please try one last time to remove and re-integrate. Consider also clearing cache and other refresh method before using the form builder again.
Please update us.

Everytime I have tried to integrate I was logged into google in the same browser. I have already cleared my cache with the same rescults. I have tried to integrate using Chrome and IE with the same results/errors in each browser.
I did create a brand new form with only a couple of fields to see if the integration would work for it and it didn't. I will try from my home computer tonight to see if I can get it to work from that computer. I will let you know if I am successful.

I have done some testing as well and my results were the same as my colleagues above with it working properly.
Are you able to log into your Google Account without problem or previous problems with it including creating a spreadsheet through google itself along with using it with Google Drive as well?

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, I'm not sure what was going on that day but it's been working great since then. I love the Drive integration, it is working perfectly for us. Thank you for creating such a great product!
