    Hi I am wondering if you can please help me, we are not receiving emails from our jot forms, our book now or contact us pages. Thank you Tam

    Hello Tam,

    I've checked your account and I've seen that your email info@dirtydetours.com was in our bounce list as the following screenshot:

    That was the reason you did not receive emails to your email address. I've removed your email address from our bounce list. So that, you are able to receive emails normally now.
