    Can the conditional form have a background that is an image?

    Would love to see some examples of conditional forms in action. Thanks!

    Yes, you can add a background image to your conditional form just as adding it to any other JotForm form.

    To add a background image, open your form in the Designer:

    In the Designer, simply expand the Background Image section, and upload your image there:
